Mulligan

Introducing mulligan. Now you can tailor your opening hand at the start of games. How it works is the first player will get to decide to mulligan or not, meaning they will shuffle their hand into the deck and redraw that number of cards minus one. Their opponent will then get the option to do the same. If any mulligans were taken, then both players will get the option to mulligan again. Once both players have declined mulligan at the same time, or they no longer have any cards in hand, the game will start. Second player will always have the Lilly regardless of mulligans.
