Matchmaking Changes

As we transition to elo based queues in Ranked and Arena, we will be adding an intermediate change that limits elo gain to matches where your opponent is in the same tier or 2 tiers above or below yours. This will make elo rankings more fair and prevent win farming with alt accounts. Eventually, you will not be matched with these accounts at all and then the tier gap will be restricted to 1 tier above or below yours. Until then, this is a good compromise to ensure you fight people at your skill level.
