Core Set 25 New Heroes and Hero Changes

Core Set 25 features 13 total heroes in the set, 8 of which are brand new. 10 previous Heroes have also gotten balance adjustments based on their win-rates over the last few months. First lets look at the 8 new heroes in Core Set 25, then to the changes to previous Heroes.

Starting Life - 60
Passive - Whenever you add a card to your hand that didn't start in your deck, the opponent loses 2 Life and you gain 2 Life
Active - Summon 1 Tsume (5 mana)
Prince Turt, Lily Cultivator

Starting Life - 70
Passive - At the end of your turn, restore your lowest Life Champion to full Life (random if tied)
Active - Summon 1 Fennox (3 mana)
Fizzlenik, Flame Tinkerer

Passive - Start with 34 random Fire cards and Fizzlenik in your deck. Your Fire cards cost 1 less
